insane amounts of snow and more on the way!

I’ve been reading a couple new photo blogs I’ve found recently. One of the better ones The Visual Science LAB had a post from Sunday I just now read today. Reading this post makes me want to get back in a darkroom. I haven’t worked in a darkroom since high school. I think I’m gonna have to take some classes and re-learn those skills and learn new ones too. I need to fix up my old K1000.

Today I have mostly completed my new site. I wanted a simple site with content management of both images and blog posts. That’s what I was able to throw together on my own.  The layout is based on a template and I’m very happy with it. I plan on updating this blog as often as possible. It should end up being a photo blog of personal photos for the most part. However I’m sure I’ll talk about my photo projects here as well. I’m looking forward to shooting more black and white work and buying some real lights soon so I can continue to improve my work! I also have dusted off the 35mm film camera!
